Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BonusChecker, operated by Leo G Comanescu as a sole trader, handles information when the site is used.

Calculator use

No account is required. Calculator inputs are processed in the browser. They are not attached to an identity or sent to Google Analytics as event parameters.

Information handled

• Technical request data: our hosting provider may process IP address, browser information, requested page and timestamps to deliver and protect the site.
• Optional analytics data: when consent is given, Google Analytics measures page use, approximate location, device and browser category, scrolling and outbound-link interactions.
• Email information: an email address and message are received only when somebody chooses to contact us, submit an offer or request a commercial audit.

How information is used

• To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
• To understand which pages and tools are useful, when analytics has been allowed.
• To respond to enquiries and requested services.
• To verify corrections or offers voluntarily submitted for consideration.

Google Analytics and consent

The Google Analytics script does not load until “Allow analytics” is selected. Consent can be declined or revisited through “Cookie settings” in the footer. We use analytics for aggregated website measurement, not behavioural advertising, and do not send calculator inputs or information that directly identifies somebody.

Google acts as a separate service provider for analytics processing. Its handling of data is governed by Google's own terms and privacy information.

Affiliate tracking

BonusChecker does not currently use affiliate tracking. If approved paid links are introduced, the relevant disclosure, privacy information and controls will be updated before they go live.

Third-party links

Links to operator terms, regulators and support organisations have their own privacy policies. BonusChecker is not responsible for their data practices.

Retention

Enquiry emails are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver a requested service, keep necessary business records or resolve a dispute. Google Analytics retention is controlled in the linked Analytics property.

Your rights

UK data-protection law may provide rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of personal data. Requests can be sent to bonuscheckeruk@gmail.com.

Age

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
